- Each level has its unique nonlinear layout, where the player must explore and find door keys and artifacts for progression, as well as new enemies, item pickups and different power-ups.
- This is a remake of the classic 1993 DOS video game Xargon, developed by Epic Megagames, under the supervision of Allen Pilgrim.
- The original game has three episodes, this version is a remake of the third episode.
- The graphics in each level layout, from the original game, have been replaced with new assets and textures.
- All enemies' sprites from the original game are enhanced and upscaled, as well as new enemies and bosses are introduced.
- Captivating music tracks are introduced for some stages in the game.
