About the game
Traverse the Dark Forest and Defeat the Guardians
Your ultimate goal is to journey through the treacherous Dark Forest and defeat a Guardian at either the Ice Gate or the Fire Gate. This will grant you access to either the FROST Forest or the FLAME Forest.
Fight Enemies and Increase Your Essences
As you make your way through the forest, you will encounter enemies that will increase your Sparkle, Shimmer, or Aura essence. These essences will help you enter powerful Stances, each with their own unique effects.
Discover Magic Fountains and Quests
Along your journey, you will also come across Magic Fountains and Quests that will aid you in your quest. These will help you prove your worth and unlock the Gates by battling at least two Arenas with formidable enemies.
Collect Courage Coins and Upgrade Your Arsenal
By winning battles, you will earn Courage Coins which can be used as currency at the market. Here, you can purchase consumable candies, permanent treasures, and random cards from the four card types. If you have any special Weapon cards, you can also trade them in to upgrade them.
Utilize Your Speed and Mana in Combat
During combat, your Speed determines how many cards you can draw per turn. Mana is used to play your cards, and some can even be combined without using mana. Keep an eye on your Crit percentage, which increases with each attack card played and determines the chance of a critical hit.
Manage Your Aggro Level
Each combat increases your Aggro amount, which in turn increases the difficulty of the monsters in the FROST Forest and the attacks of the monsters in the FLAME Forest. It also greatly increases the strength of the Arenas and Guardians. Be careful not to create too much aggro, as it will quickly escalate.
Strategize with Block and Armor
Block completely mitigates incoming damage, while armor absorbs 50% of it. Combining both will make you a formidable tank in battle.
Charge Up Your Magic Rainbow
Playing cards during combat will charge up your Magic Rainbow. Once it is full, it will activate and deal damage to your enemies. The type of magic summoned will determine how the damage is applied. Mixing magic types will result in Muddled magic, which deals damage to a single random monster.
Reap Rewards After Battle
After each battle, you have a chance of being rewarded with a Treasure, essences, shards, and a candy. These chances increase with each battle, and you can keep track of your current reward chances at the bottom of the screen.
Challenge Yourself with Different Difficulty Levels
There are five difficulty levels to choose from, each making the game exponentially harder. Can you defeat The Singularity on Nightmare difficulty? It's a tough challenge, but good luck and have fun!
