Sunken Veins: A Management Horror Game
Sunken Veins is a unique management horror game that takes place in a flooded underwater coal mine. As the player, your job is to mine for coal while also dealing with overwhelming floods of water and avoiding dangerous creatures.
Mining
Operate a deep-sea mining drill to extract coal and scraps from the flooded mine. However, be careful as the mining process generates heat, which can increase the chances of causing a flood. It's important to find a balance between gathering resources and keeping heat levels low.
Drain
The constant floods in the facility will not only cause you to lose power faster, but they will also slow down your movement. To combat this, use large industrial drains to remove water and keep the water levels under control.
Maintain
A proactive approach is crucial for survival in Sunken Veins. Take the time to repair and reinforce ceiling vents to prevent water from seeping in. Fortify doors to stop water from spreading throughout the facility. Do whatever it takes to stay alive.
Adaptive Creatures
You are not alone in the flooded mine. Predatory creatures have made their way into the mine after their home was disrupted by the mining company. These creatures are smart, adaptive, and extremely dangerous. Your actions in the game will influence their behaviors as they try to hide, deceive, and kill you.
