About the game
Rogue System is an ambitious space exploration and combat simulator that seeks to realistically depict the possibilities of space exploration. The game's key features include realistic orbital mechanics for all objects in space, detailed ship system control, functionality, inter-dependency and damage reaction, and the ability to move freely from one ship to another, EVA, and effect repairs while in flight. The Core Module (CM) of the game will be a complete campaign-driven sim on its own, utilizing both dynamic and scripted missions to provide an engaging story with replayability. Additionally, the game is fully moddable, allowing both DCI and the sim’s community to add new ships, missions, and even campaigns. Unfortunately, development of the game is currently on-hold due to a head injury suffered by the one-man development team in 2018, as detailed in a Steam community forum post. As such, any purchase of the game at this time is for the experience as it currently stands.
