The Story
Based on ancient eastern mythology, Zodiac Revenger follows the great Zodiac race where animals compete for the coveted Zodiac title. However, the Rat has tricked the Cat and the Ox into taking first place, causing the Cat to lose. In this game, the 12 winners are granted mystical powers to maintain peace and replace the old god. But under the leadership of the vile Rat, the Zodiac have taken over the land with violence and fear, crushing anyone who stands in their way. As time passes and all hope seems lost, the determined Cat sets out on a quest for revenge against the Rat and all other Zodiac who stand in his way.

Prepare to face a variety of bosses and mini bosses, each with their own unique moveset and multiple phases. Defeating a boss will reward you with skill points, which can be used to unlock new combat skills in any order you choose.
