About the game
Have you ever heard the legend of the Toymaker? It tells the story of Pale, a goat herder who is both feared and shunned by their own people. When Pale was a child, the Toymaker came for them, but they managed to make him flee up to his mountain, and he hasn't been seen since. However, lately strange things have started to happen, with animals moving closer and closer to the village. As the midwinter night approaches, it's time to take on this dark and twisted world.
In Toymaker, you'll explore a world unlike anything you've ever seen before, meeting crafty gnomes and proud reindeer. You'll have 10+ hours of dynamic, ever-changing story to explore, and you'll have to fight weird things created from darkness and light. You'll also have to make choices that influence the people in this world, and everyone can die, even you.
This game is a three year long labour of love, with everything handcrafted from graphics, to design and music. It uses the classic RPG maker 2003 engine as the stone to carve its saga on, polishing and breaking it until something unique was made. Thank you for your time.
