About the game
Overview
Surveillance Work is a thrilling spot-the-difference game where you must carefully monitor surveillance camera footage to uncover and report anomalies.
There are two main tasks you must complete:
- Monitor the facility by switching between multiple surveillance cameras.
- Report any anomalies you discover.
There are two methods for reporting anomalies:
- Direct Report - click on the object to report it.
- Situation Report - report the type and location of the anomaly.
Anomalies can take various forms, such as objects appearing, disappearing, or moving. Some may even interfere with surveillance systems or attempt to destroy cameras, so a calm and strategic approach is necessary.
The game will end if either of the following conditions are met:
- Excessive anomalies occur within the facility.
- At least one surveillance camera is destroyed by an anomaly.
The work shift begins at 0:00 and ends at 6:00 in the morning. It is important to complete your tasks before the end time.
About the Story
You have been chosen to work as an observer for the Specific Facility Surveillance Work. Your performance will be evaluated during a five-day probation period.
Upon completion of the work, you will be compensated based on the number of anomaly reports and false reports. Please budget your salary accordingly for expenses such as housing and food.
Your future prospects will be determined by your work ability and other factors. As you progress through the story, you will monitor five different facilities in order. Even if the game ends, you can continue the story and unlock more than 20 different endings.
Some endings will provide insight into the main character, the work, and the anomalies encountered.
Postscript
- You can choose to work for 30 minutes (default) or 15 minutes (half) at a time.
- Each facility contains approximately 90 anomalies.
- After completing the story, you can adjust the difficulty level, frequency of anomalies, and retry the game.
