About the game
Welcome to Relencost: A World Ravaged by Ancient Conflict
The surface of Relencost has been rendered unlivable by a permanent chaotic magical storm, leaving the survivors to seek refuge above the cloud layer. The tallest mountain peaks and floating islands scattered around the world provide safety for those who have ascended. However, one place remains treacherous above all others: The Stormwall.
The Stormwall is a shifting and dangerous place, with depths rarely explored and only the bravest or most greedy daring to travel. Each day, a new safe passage will shift into being, opening or closing the path to different locations. As a member of a team of colleagues, you will delve into the depths of The Stormwall, locating and retrieving lost treasures from Pre-War Relencost while completing contracts from the Ranadeen Empire.
To increase your odds of survival and obtain valuable loot, you and your team will use numerous tools and gadgets, such as:
- The Glider - to sail over chasms
- The Grapple pack - to reach untold heights
- Various tools and upgrades available for purchase at the supply outpost using your hard-earned gold
Additionally, completing Ranadeen salvage contracts will reward you with Skystones, which can be used to unlock permanent character upgrades.
But beware, ancient locations within The Stormwall are filled with terrible enemies who will stop at nothing to make your journey a perilous one. Stay alert and work together with your fellow Stormtreaders to survive.
However, time is of the essence as activity within the storm wall can attract the unwanted attention of Mighty Goliath's called Stormbeasts. These powerful creatures are not to be underestimated, so make sure to retrieve your loot and leave before they arrive.
