About the game
Path to Magehood
This is a passion project created solely by myself. It is a bullet hell game that starts off slow but quickly gains momentum through upgrades and rogue-lite elements.
In this game, you take on the role of an apprentice mage determined to hone their skills by summoning and defeating an ancient monster. However, your progress is constantly hindered by hordes of smaller enemies that relentlessly spawn, trying to stop you from achieving your magical feat.
Throughout your journey, you will have access to over 40 in-game upgrades, as well as base-stat upgrades in the main menu. By strategically combining these upgrades, you can discover powerful synergies or sometimes less effective combinations. Your choice of in-game upgrades will also impact the likelihood of encountering stronger upgrades in the future.
As a skilled wizard, you must not only showcase your magical abilities but also your wisdom and endurance in overcoming the challenges that await you in this game!
