As you progress through the game, you will encounter various threats that will challenge your survival. Here are some of the obstacles and monsters you may encounter:

• Obstacles - These impede your movement and must be avoided.
• Blocking barriers - These traps automatically close when you pass a certain square, hindering your progress.
• Cliffs - Some mazes have cliffs instead of walls, which can cause you to fall and end the game if you move onto them incorrectly.
• Arrow traps - These are activated when you step on a specific square, shooting arrows in a straight line towards you.
• Poison gas traps - These traps release poison gas when you step on a specific square. You must quickly find and close the valve to stop the gas and continue on.
• Normal monsters - These monsters do not move, but will attack you if you move onto the same square as them.
• Hungry monsters - These monsters roam around in search of food, but their senses are dull and they often repeat the same route.
• Sound sensitive monsters - These monsters are attracted to sound and will follow you if you make noise, so be careful.
