About the game
The Fat Bear Society, a studio made up of two producers, five artists, five engineers, four designers, and two musicians, worked for 28 weeks to create Echo of the Last Light, a 3D action-adventure puzzle game. This project was developed in a simulated-studio environment at the Graduate Games Lab at the University of Utah, and is entirely student-run and student-owned.

In Echo of the Last Light, you will explore a stunning yet dangerous world, team up with a mysterious creature, and battle against the forces of The Royal Eclipse. This game combines exploration, combat, and adventure in a captivating story, with puzzles and thrilling action.
You will play as Tamasis, a follower of The Humble Light, a group of moths devoted to protecting the world's light. Your mission is to find the only remaining source of light, a creature that becomes your companion. You must bring the last light to The Tree of Humble Light to save the world from The Royal Eclipse, who is trying to destroy it. Along the way, you will join forces with The Last Light, fight the enemies of The Royal Eclipse, and uncover secrets that will change the world's fate.
You and your companion will have to work together to overcome puzzles and defeat the enemies of The Royal Eclipse. With the Echo ability, you will be able to uncover hidden elements in the world. Use this ability to your advantage to navigate complex puzzles, defeat The Royal Eclipse, and ultimately decide the fate of the world.
Explore the mysterious landscapes, engage in fast-paced combat, and uncover secrets in Echo of the Last Light.
