CRUX: A Unique Arena Shooter Experience
CRUX is not your average arena shooter. It combines the fast-paced action of old school boomer shooters with the replayability and powerful abilities of roguelike games. As a cultist warrior of the blood gods, you have been trained since childhood to undertake the trials of the CRUX.
The Trials
The CRUX consists of 13 intense arenas spread across 5 different worlds. Each arena is filled with hordes of demons native to that world. Your goal is to survive the onslaught and earn the right to face the Guardian of the Arena. These boss fights are unique to each arena and will test your skills in movement, weapon usage, and arena control.
Blessings from the Blood Gods
The blood gods are watching your every move in the CRUX. For every arena you conquer, they will bless you with a selection of powerful magic abilities. With over 100 abilities to choose from, you can customize your gameplay to fit your playstyle. Whether you prefer crushing your foes with the Skullcrusher, unleashing chain lightning, or draining their lifeforce, the choice is yours!
Climb the Leaderboards
Successfully beating all 13 arenas will earn you a spot on the leaderboards. But the true champion is the fastest one. So don't be afraid to experiment with different ability combinations and go for another round to try and claim the top spot!
