About the game
This is a fantasy daily visual novel that takes about 10 hours to complete. Players will take on the role of the main character, "Hijinaga", by clicking on the screen and selecting options at key plot points to trigger events and affect the final outcome.
The story begins with the protagonist being invited to take part in a research project in the mountains. The cicadas outside the window are weak in the hot sun. In 1995, in order to investigate the "Mother Dragon culture", the protagonist's sister takes them to Longqi Village, a small village in the mountains. The village is very supportive of the research and the protagonist discovers many ancient books in the temple of the Mother of Dragons, which tell the ancient stories of South Vietnam. Halfway through the project, something unexpected happens and the protagonist is faced with a mysterious figure in the dark.
The game features a unique theme based on the traditional folk customs of Lingnan region and the dragon mother culture. Players will take on the role of a 1995 college student and explore the rural area. The game contains five theme songs and more than 50 BGMS, and the total length of the original set is more than three hours. The visuals are significantly different from the traditional two-dimensional style, bringing more realistic concerns of the game experience. There are various options and branch lines, adding reasoning elements and limited time options to enhance immersion.
