About the game
Tale of Jade / Li Guang
The first game we developed, Tale of Jade / Li Guang, combines elements of Roguelite, strategy, and exploration. Drawing inspiration from popular games such as Tsuro, Carcassonne, Night of Full Moon, and Slay the Spire, we aim to create a unique card game with oriental gameplay elements.
The story of Tale of Jade / Li Guang was inspired by the remains of the Yaoshan altar of the Liangzhu culture in China. This archaeological site, which includes twelve tombs, served as the background for our game's story. We have named the twelve ritual rooms in the game after the Twelve Branches, a traditional Chinese concept of timekeeping. In addition, the Twelve Branches are also associated with the internal organs, adding a deeper layer to the game's plot development.
Random Map
Each time you enter the map, the game will generate it randomly. As you explore the map, you may trigger random events with each step you take. The difficulty of each zone is unknown, so you must rely on your own skills and luck to progress.
Five Elements Circle
The game features a unique Five Elements Circle system, where each pair of adjacent elements will trigger their own mutual reaction. Even single element cards can create powerful combos, allowing for more freedom in deck building and adding an extra layer of fun to the card playing experience.
Beautiful Jade Fairy Support You
In this version of the game, there are four jade fairies (four girls) for you to choose from. Each fairy has her own special skill, which can greatly impact your gameplay. By strategically building your deck around their skills, you may find battles becoming easier.
Funny Encounters (maybe)
