sIn Spread: Transmission, your opponents will be no match for your strategic prowess. Plant charges across the board and launch a devastating combo that will take over the entire island and win the game!
At its core, Spread: Transmission is a board game. You charge cells to claim them and if a cell is fully charged, it will spread, taking over connected cells. The goal is to take over all of your opponents’ charges and win the game. You make the rules! Spread: Transmission allows you to switch up the game at any time with “Labs”, a series of game modes that can be mixed and experimented with to create unique playing experiences.
Want to change the game up with boxes? We got you! What about a lot of boxes that spawn very rarely? Sure. Add a little fog for deeper strategy? Definitely! Spread: Transmission is about playing the game the way you like. A little change to the rules can lead to widely different matches.
Maps facilitate a fun playing experience and are also very capable of introducing gameplay concepts on their own. With over 20 maps to choose from and the ability to create maps on your own, the fun will never end. Design maps exploring various ideas like powerful combos, overcharging cells or just the concept of one-way-connections.
