About the game
Presented by Shajiao Games, this is a classic 9x9 Sudoku game that comes loaded with lots of puzzles and features - the one game for all your Sudoku needs! You may wonder, who is the king of classic Sudoku? So I built this game to find the answer to this question! There are 3 steps to find out:
- Step 1: Play Single Player rated mode and see who can reach the highest rating. A single player leader board feature is coming soon.
- Step 2: 1v1 matchmaking, see who can reach the highest rating among all players. This is part of multiplayer, and is planned to release around late 2024.
- Step 3: Use 1v1 custom game feature for tournaments! Let's battle and crown the true king! I don't do tournaments, so hopefully some third party will organize tournaments using this game.
Features and content:
- Play Sudoku puzzles with a rating, play harder puzzles as your rating grows (single player) (available now)
- Pencilmarks and other useful tools and information for solving Sudoku puzzles (in development)
- Play custom puzzles that you input or get random puzzles of a specific clue count or rating range (single player) (planned)
- 6,000 puzzles of all difficulty and clue count (planned, and 2,000 are available now)
- More than 100 each of 17 - 42 clue puzzles, so you can play custom games with a clue count you prefer (planned)
- Share puzzles with friends (single player) (planned)
- Relaxing background music (available now)
- Play 1v1 matchmaking game with others with a rating, gain or lose rating when you win or lose, whoever solves the same puzzle faster wins (rating system is similar to chess) (planned)
- Play custom 1v1 games with friends or observe a custom 1v1 game, whoever solves the same puzzle faster wins (planned)
- Single player match history and stats (planned)

Note: this game is intended for 9x9 Sudoku only. Other board sizes are not planned.
