About the game
The smash hit game Q REMASTERED, which became a sensation amongst users in Japan in early 2023, is now back with its sequel Q2 HUMANITY! Solve the stages by drawing anything you want and having the full flexibility to decide your own solution. This newly developed game allows you to fly, jump, run, draw, grab, and throw things as a character in the game.
At times you will encounter difficult stages, but with superpowers you can overcome them! Each character has a unique superpower, and by choosing the right one, you can successfully solve the stages. Set fire, control magnetism, explode bombs...manipulate these various types of power to challenge yourself to further puzzles.
What’s more, Q2 can be played multiplayer! Not only does the game have a local multiplayer mode, but by using the “Remote Play Together” feature on Steam, you can play with up to four people! What happens when all four players choose characters with different superpower...or what happens when they choose the same exact superpower? Will you cooperate together to solve the stages? Or will you all sabotage each other?
The implementation of the “Remote Play Together” means a lot to us. Because this game series is all about physics and drawing lines freely, adding the multiplayer feature was always a challenge, since the sync across the networks was something very difficult to achieve. However the “Remote Play Together” feature has made this possible. Furthermore, as long as one player owns the game, all players who are invited to the session can play too even if they don’t have the game!
We had a strong desire for everyone to play Q2 HUMANITY to the fullest, so we decided to implement the remote multiplayer feature for this sequel. We would love to hear your feedback and thoughts about the multiplayer feature during the early access period, hence, we have made a Discord server for users to share their opinions. The “Q” Team is committed to making the multiplayer experience as enjoyable as possible for everyone. We will prepare full support for users by putting useful information and guides on our website.
