About the game
Embark on an unforgettable adventure as you climb to the top of a mysterious tower, using only a ladder to uncover its secrets. Along the way, you'll face challenges both from the environment and from within yourself... and sometimes even from the ladder itself.
- Traverse a variety of environments, from a glittering crystal cave to a fiery volcano and icy glacier, all the way to the top of the tower. But is this truly the end of your journey? Only time will tell.
- Experience the game's default difficulty level, which consists of 13 sub-levels. However, this number may vary depending on the difficulty level you choose or if you access a side level.
- Remember, every failure is a step towards success. The difficulty of each level is determined by the lessons you learn from your mistakes. Use the ladder wisely, as it is a crucial tool in your journey. But be cautious - one wrong move or poorly placed ladder could result in having to restart a significant portion of your progress.
- Discover crystals scattered throughout the tower that offer minor support on your journey. But beware - these crystals may have another purpose that you have yet to uncover.
- In the default difficulty level, there are 2 crystals available, each with its own unique role. However, their use may be limited.
- Choose your preferred ladder and unlock even more options as you play. The game features 4 base ladders and over 10 unlockable ladder skins.
- Compete against yourself or challenge your friends to beat your records. The leaderboard for each mode will update after every run, as long as you complete it in a shorter time than before.
- Feeling unsure of your abilities? Want to experience the game as the creator intended? Or perhaps you've already completed the game and want a more challenging experience. Simply select a difficulty level, and the game and world will adjust accordingly.
Difficulty Levels:
- Cat Mode - For those who prefer a less demanding gameplay experience. The level length is shortened, customization is unavailable, the ladder is larger, and there are elements that may tempt you to take the easy way out... but beware, it may come with a sense of shame.
- Normal Mode - This is the main vision of the creator and the intended experience of the game. You'll have access to the full level, Easter eggs, and the ability to select your ladder from the menu during gameplay.
- Hardcore Mode - Unlock this mode after completing the game on normal difficulty. The level length remains the same, but the path to the top has been significantly modified to provide a greater challenge. This mode is unforgiving - one wrong move and you'll have to start from the beginning.
