About the game
Welcome to Kokorowa: Onigiri Delivery, a fan-made puzzle game inspired by Sakuna: of Rice and Ruin! Help Sakuna satisfy her hunger by strategically placing contraptions on the board to deliver onigiri to her.
But don't worry, there's no need to rush. This game has no real-time elements, so you can play at your own pace and take your time. With 100 levels full of stomach, there's plenty of fun to be had!
Game Rules
When you click the Start button, the clockwork soldiers on the board will begin to move straight forward. But don't worry, you can control their direction and movements using the mechanisms on the board. Your goal is to collect all the onigiri along the path and deliver them to Sakuna to succeed!
There are various mechanisms on the board, such as directional gears, bounce mushrooms, bombs, and more. Use them strategically to guide the clockwork soldiers towards the onigiri and Sakuna. Don't worry if you're not familiar with all the mechanisms, you can start playing from the first level and learn about them as you progress. So, feel free to jump right in!
Introduction to Mechanisms
- The clockwork soldiers - Our trusty soldiers who will deliver the onigiri to Sakuna. You may even encounter levels where you can use multiple soldiers.
- Onigiri - The white rice that will fill Sakuna's belly. Gather them all and deliver them to her!
- Sakuna - Kokorowa's best friend and the destination for the clockwork soldiers.
- Directional Gear - When a clockwork soldier steps on it, it changes its facing direction according to the arrow. Use it to guide them towards the onigiri and Sakuna.
- Bounce Mushroom - When a clockwork soldier steps on it, it jumps forward by two squares in the direction it's moving. Use it to avoid obstacles or leap over gears you don't want to step on.
- Bomb - When a clockwork soldier steps on it, it explodes. Be careful, if it explodes while carrying onigiri, it will result in failure. But on the bright side, a carried bomb can destroy existing mechanisms.
- Moving Platform - This platform moves the clockwork soldier in the direction it's facing. The direction of the soldier does not change.
- Teleportation Shrine - When a clockwork soldier steps on it, it teleports to another shrine.
Mechanism Attributes
Some mechanisms come with attributes that can be useful in your gameplay. Keep an eye out for these symbols and make use of them!
- Directional Change - This mechanism, marked with this symbol, changes direction by 90 degrees when clicked.
- Draggable - You can move its position by dragging it. Place it wherever you like!
- Single Use - Once a clockwork soldier steps on it, it breaks and can no longer be used.
