About the game
DEAD DETENTION: A Scribbly Adventure
Join 14-year-old Max on a wild journey in DEAD DETENTION, a visual novel filled with coming of age, adventure, and comedy. Max, a nerdy teen, finds himself in the middle of a zombie outbreak during detention. With the help of his new friends, will he be able to survive and find safety?
The Outbreak
Max is given detention for falling asleep in class, but his punishment is interrupted by a sudden zombie attack. Luckily, senior student Naomi comes to his rescue. However, she can't leave campus without finding her lost sister, Sora. Max decides to stay and help her, and together they embark on a quest to find Sora while trying to survive the rapidly spreading virus.
Choose Your Fate
Throughout the story, you will have to make narrative choices that can be brave, scared, nice, or mean. These choices will compound and lead to one of three possible endings, including a special true ending.
Quick Microgames
As you progress through the story, you will encounter quick microgames that will test your skills. Swing your bat, run from zombies, climb ladders, and more to survive in this chaotic world.

Each episode culminates in a fun boss challenge, such as target shooting and boxing. Can you defeat these challenges and come out on top?
