Brainstorm: Bring Your Brain to Life!
Gather some more brains and start sharing ideas to fit the current project the best you can. Fight against your friends in PVP mode or even race against them!
GamePads are recommended for a better experience, but it's possible to customize controls as you wish.
Brainstorm is a couch-game puzzle game that allows up to 4 players to play together. With a set of mini games that last 1 to 5 minutes each, Brainstorm is above all a multiplayer game to enjoy with family and friends. However, some modes can also be played alone. Each mode is connected to the brain, with the characters controlling the players being brains themselves.
Brainstorm offers 5 modes to play:
- Thought Experiment: This singleplayer mode requires the player to achieve a minimum score to reach the next level.
- Brainstorm: In this cooperative mode for 2-4 players, each player works on the same puzzle. They have access to a single zone and must share their ideas to complete the puzzle.
- Clash of Ideas: Not everyone can agree on a single project. Prove to your friends that your ideas are the best in this mode where each player completes their own puzzles as fast as they can to gain the most points.
- Speedy Brain: This mode can be played alone or with up to 4 players. Players must carry "ideas" in a trailer attached to the back of their brain car. The goal is to finish the race first, but also with the maximum number of ideas remaining in your trailer. Each remaining idea gives the player a time bonus.
- Debate: In this mode for 2-4 players, it's a free-for-all battle using a bit of dodgeball rules. Throw balls at your enemies to receive ideas to place on your puzzle, but be careful - if you are carrying an idea and get hit by an enemy ball, you lose your idea. The first player to finish their puzzle wins.
- Brain Invaders: In this mode for 1-4 players, braindeads attack your puzzles! Defend them from the horde and protect your ideas.
