Equipped with only your trusty dial-up modem, you must scour for evidence in the form of photos, books, and articles to uncover the true family relationships. With each correct connection you make, the remaining names and photos will become fewer and harder to find.

The Roottrees are Dead
Originally created for the Global Game Jam 2023, this beloved game was released as a free browser game. Now, it has been enhanced for Steam with hand-drawn illustrations by acclaimed board game artist Henning Ludvigsen, a 3D living-room perspective, and an improved user interface for a more intuitive experience.
Remastered music and sound effects, along with fully voiced cinematics, bring the late '90s charm to life. And for those who can't get enough, there are even some hidden Easter eggs and touches to discover.
But that's not all. The Steam version also includes a brand new mystery, "Roottreemania", where you can find out what happens to the Roottree family after the events of the base game.
