About the game
Fort Solis is an immersive, single-player, third-person thriller set on the Red Planet. When Jack responds to an alarm from a nearby base, he finds himself in a dark and desolate environment. As the night progresses, events take a turn for the worse and the mystery of what happened to the crew starts to unravel. With the storms looming, Jack must find a way to survive until morning.
The game is designed to provide a high-fidelity experience that will draw the player into the characters and their long night. Featuring performances from Roger Clark, Troy Baker and Julia Brown, Fort Solis looks to evoke emotion, fear, empathy and more with each chapter. Additionally, audio logs, surveillance footage and video logs recorded by the crew will provide further insight into the events leading up to and after the alarm was triggered.
The base of Fort Solis is composed of a variety of locations, both above and below ground. Players will be able to explore the isolated storm-ridden surface, the eerie service tunnels, and the multiple departments that keep the base running, such as Engineering, Medical and Communications. As the story progresses, locations can be revisited for more context or to serve as a backdrop to Jack's fate.
