Erenshor: A Single Player Adventure

Erenshor is a unique single player adventure that aims to capture the gameplay and atmosphere of an MMORPG. You will encounter and team up with hundreds of SimPlayers - digital companions who exist persistently in the game world, progress independently, and are always ready to join you on your adventures.

SimPlayers with Unique Personalities

Each SimPlayer has their own pre-written personality and motivations, as well as their own opinions of you and other players. You will develop favorites among them as you conquer the world of Erenshor one rare drop at a time.

Hours of Character Development

Players will spend dozens, or even hundreds, of hours developing their characters. By the time they reach the end game, they will possess godly weapons, long-lost spells, and legendary armor that make them nearly invincible against all but the most formidable opponents in Erenshor.

A Truly Single Player Experience

Erenshor is designed from the ground up to be a single player experience. All content, puzzles, and gameplay are handcrafted and balanced for one player, making it the only "MMO-Like" game meant to be played alone.

Start from Nothing and Rise to Power

You will begin your journey stranded on a small island off the mainland of Erenshor. Through persistence, you will gain power and wealth. However, success will not come without failure. With every party wipe and failed battle, you will gain experience and knowledge to come back and try again.

Partner with Simulated Players

Partner with our signature Simulated Players to experience all that Erenshor has to offer. These players will level up alongside you, find new items on their own, and even ask for your help in finding loot drops. They will remember how you treat them and grow with you as a "server" to defeat the toughest opponents in Erenshor.

Hunt Monsters and Find Rare Artifacts

In Erenshor, you will hunt monsters, complete quests, and discover lost artifacts worth more gold than you could ever imagine. Each upgraded item will bring tangible increases in power, allowing you to conquer even the most formidable foes.

A Love Letter to Classic MMORPGs

Erenshor is a single player love letter to the early MMORPGs that paved the way for the games we play today. Drawing inspiration from the classics of the late 90s and early 00s, combat is strategic and deadly. You will need to carefully consider positioning and strategy to succeed.

Access to Monster Treasures

Your reward for defeating a monster will be access to its treasures. Some may drop swords, armor, or jewels, while others may have rare items in their inventory. If you're not lucky, the monster will respawn and you can try again for another chance at its treasures.

Dynamic NPCs and Factions

All NPCs in Erenshor respawn and can be attacked for loot, even the good guys. Be careful, as wiping out a town may make you unwelcome there, but it may also open up new opportunities elsewhere. Factions also exist, adding another layer of complexity to the game.

Explore a Vast World

Erenshor offers a huge world to explore, including cities, dungeons, tombs, forests, beaches, forts, meadows, caves, and mountain ranges. Each area is unique and holds secrets waiting to be discovered.

Choose Your Own Adventure

The lore and story of Erenshor can be explored at your own pace. You can choose to investigate its mysteries or simply focus on gaining power. The game world is divided into separate zones, allowing you to traverse them at your own pace.

Multiple Character Slots and Shared Bank

Players have the option to create multiple characters and share a bank between them. Subsequent characters can even start with a massive advantage, including XP bonuses.

No Micro Transactions

Erenshor does not have any micro transactions. SimPlayers are not run by any emerging AI models, but rather a mixture of state machines and decision trees. This means there are no token fees and no lapse in service after a certain amount of use.
